Job Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the institution or department.

- Oversee curriculum development, academic planning, and quality assurance.

- Lead and mentor faculty and research scholars, fostering research excellence and academic growth.

- Manage institutional resources and budgets effectively.

- Facilitate faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences.

- Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Engage with external stakeholders, including industry partners, academic bodies, and

government agencies, to enhance institutional reputation.

- Promote a positive academic culture focused on excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

- First Class or equivalent in a Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline from a recognised university.

- A PhD or equivalent in the relevant discipline is essential.

- A strong record of post-PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

- Consistent academic record with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in qualifying

degrees.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.

- Proven leadership and management capabilities in academic or industry settings.

- Evidence of scholarly contributions, including research papers, patents, or equivalent as judged by the selection committee.

Desirable Skills:

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams and students.

- Proficiency in research supervision and academic publishing.

- Experience in policy formulation and institutional governance.
