What You'll Be Doing

- Engage with senior business and operational leaders to understand critical challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and compliance functions.

- Facilitate discovery workshops and business discussions to identify improvement opportunities and transformation priorities.

- Translate operational challenges into structured business use cases that can be addressed through data, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

- Partner with solution architects, data specialists, and consulting teams to shape high-impact transformation initiatives.

- Provide industry expertise during client discussions, solution design workshops, and proposal development activities.

- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by bringing practical insights from manufacturing, life sciences, and regulated industry environments.

- Contribute to industry frameworks, reusable methodologies, best practices, and thought leadership initiatives.

- Support the development of industry-specific use cases across supply chain optimization, manufacturing excellence, quality management, predictive operations, and compliance-driven processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are interested in professionals who have spent a significant part of their careers solving real-world business problems within manufacturing, pharma, life sciences, medical devices, specialty chemicals, or similar regulated industries.

You should have:

- 12-18 years of experience across Manufacturing, Pharma, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Food & Beverage, or Specialty Chemicals.

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, production operations, batch processes, distribution networks, and manufacturing workflows.

- Exposure to quality management, compliance programs, regulated manufacturing environments, and operational governance frameworks.

- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and participating in business consulting, transformation, solutioning, or strategic planning discussions.

- Working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP and related manufacturing or supply chain systems.

- Ability to connect business challenges with technology-led solutions involving data, analytics, automation, and AI.
