Job Description


We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives at Primera Medical Technologies.


The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and digital transformation into the healthcare technology space.


Key Responsibilities


- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.

- Campaign Leadership: Lead end-to-end digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta,

LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

- SEO & SEM Management: Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and paid search performance.

- Content Strategy: Guide the creation of high-quality content including blogs, videos,

infographics, and email newsletters tailored to healthcare audiences.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.), analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to leadership.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.

- Budget Oversight: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency across campaigns.

- Website Optimization: Drive UX and CRO improvements through audits, A/B testing, and technical SEO enhancements.

- Social Media Management: Oversee brand presence across social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.

- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Agency & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and

media partners.

- Compliance & Branding: Ensure all digital activities adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain brand integrity.

- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

- Leadership Communication: Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
