President Operations Role - Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operations across multiple manufacturing plants with end-to-end P&L ownership.

- Drive operational excellence, business transformation, and manufacturing performance improvement.

- Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.

- Manage plant-level P&L, budgets, costs, and profitability.

- Drive excellence across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.

- Lead manufacturing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Implement and strengthen TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Lean Enterprise practices.

- Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, cost, efficiency, and delivery.

- Drive business process excellence and people excellence across plants.

- Develop leadership capabilities and build high-performing plant management teams.

- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term manufacturing and business strategies.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 15-20+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations leadership.

- Proven experience managing multiple plants with P&L responsibility.

- Strong exposure to sheet metal manufacturing.

- Strong experience in manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations.

- Proven track record in operational excellence and business transformation.

- Strong knowledge of TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Lean Enterprise.

- Experience driving business process and people excellence.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
