Role Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Product Evangelist to join our Digital BSS Platforms team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and customer engagement.
You will play a pivotal role in driving shaping product narratives, defining value propositions and enabling (pre-)sales teams to position our solutions effectively across Tier-1 telecom and enterprise clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Evangelism & Enablement:
- Act as a key spokesperson for our digital BSS platforms.
- Translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions for customers and partners.
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and technical deep-dives with prospects and internal teams.
Sales & Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses.
- Lead solutioning efforts during pre-sales engagements, aligning customer needs with product capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
Product Strategy & Feedback Loop:
- Work closely with product owners and engineering teams to relay market feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Identify gaps in current offerings and propose enhancements based on customer interactions.
Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends in digital transformation, BSS, and telecom innovations.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer forums.
Skills & Qualification:
- 14-17 years of experience in telecom, enterprise software, or digital platforms, with a mix of technical, sales, and product roles.
- Proven track record in pre-sales, solutioning, and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital BSS, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working with Tier-1 telecom clients or large-scale enterprise implementations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
