Finance Manager

What will you do?

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including managing the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments (vendor payments, taxes) and adherence to internal control standards.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective dispute resolution and favorable terms.

- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, forecasting, and working capital optimization.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including TDS, GST, MSME Act, and Companies Act, and coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Prepare and publish AP-related reports (e.g., cash flow forecasting, aging analysis).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product team, sales team, collection team, Admin team) to ensure financial alignment with business operations.

- Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports to senior management, including cash flow projections and variance analysis.

- Lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes, leveraging automation tools. Optimize the AP workflow through automation, process improvements, and implementation of best practices.

- Monitor and manage banking relationships.

- Manage vendor onboarding and master vendor data maintenance, ensuring data accuracy.

- Manage and mentor a team of AP specialists, providing training and performance feedback.
