Key Responsibilities

You will have responsibility for leading teams across engagement and driving results and outcomes. Engagement Leader/ AVP typically come with 6-8 years of experience having demonstrated extensive knowledge of and/or success in professional services or corporate roles, helping companies define and evaluate corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers. Specific areas of focus and expertise include Business Strategy, Operations Strategy, Digital Strategy, Market entry, Go-to-Market, and transformation projects.

Needs Assessment and Solution Design:

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership ability and experience, ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly, collaborative team player who is capable of working with others

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' business operations, processes, and challenges.

- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and develop tailored bus Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Work closely with internal teams to design innovative solutions that address clients' unique needs and objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, including executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and requirements.

- Foster trust and credibility with clients by providing expert advice, guidance, and support.

Project Oversight and Delivery:

- Lead the delivery of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Active Participation to take business initiative deliverables along with ensuring quality assurance of deliverables done by team members.

- Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Action oriented mindset with strong planning skills, ability to set priorities, plan and meet deadlines

Business Development and Growth:

- Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing clients, including up-selling additional services and solutions.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop client proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.

- Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets, and competitors

- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote our services and capabilities.

Qualifications:

- MBA or related field (master's degree preferred) with 6 to 8 years of experience.

- Proven experience in client-facing roles, such as account management, client services, or business development.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.

- Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects and initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
