About the Role:


We are seeking a high-impact PPC Manager & Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to build, manage, and scale B2B lead-generation funnels for international marketsespecially the US market.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in a marketing agency, deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and a proven track record in generating high-quality leads with optimal CPL, ROI, and CRO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Performance Strategy:

- Build and execute high-performing B2B lead-generation campaigns for US and international clients.

- Develop effective funnels, customer journeys, segmentation, and nurture paths.

- Apply advanced frameworks like ACC Framework, funnel segmentation, audience clusters.

- Improve key metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rate.

- Ensure strong alignment between marketing and B2B sales objectives.

2. Paid Media Management (PPC):

Strategize, manage, and scale campaigns on:

- Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube)

- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

- LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Sponsored Content, Retargeting)

- Conduct deep keyword research, ad creation, audience structuring, and bidding strategies.

- Manage retargeting, remarketing, lookalikes, custom audiences, and interest-based targeting.

- Perform continuous A/B testing on ads, creatives, funnels, and audience segments

3. B2B Campaign Execution:

- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer intent, and lead qualification.

- Develop frameworks for lead scoring, nurturing, and pipeline growth.

- Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality, conversion consistency, and performance improvement.

4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze campaign data using:

- Google Analytics | Tag Manager | SEMrush | HubSpot | Data Studio

- Build dashboards for CPL, ROI, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and attribution.

- Provide weekly and monthly insights with clear optimization strategies.

5. Optimization & Innovation:

- Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies.

- Experiment with ad formats, creative variations, landing page improvements, and funnel redesigns.

- Drive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) across landing pages and lead flows.

- Identify gaps, new channels, and scaling opportunities.

Required Skills:

- 5 - 9 years of experience in PPC & performance marketing (Mandatory).

- Must have worked in a marketing agency.

Strong expertise in:

- Google Ads

- Meta Ads

- LinkedIn Ads

- Keyword research & bidding

- Funnel segmentation & customer journey

- ACC Framework

- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and US campaign execution.

- Strong command over CPL, CPA, ROI, CRO, CAC, attribution, retargeting & segmentation.

- Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

Soft Skills:

- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills for US client interactions.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Work Shift Options:

- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM

- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

(Should be flexible with any of the above shifts due to US client interaction.)
