Experience in Power Plant industry Preferred
Qualification : Full Time 2 Years PG in Management or MBA
1. SCOPE:
a) Responsible for provisions and monitoring of welfare amenities such as Canteen, rest room, crches, adequate urinals & latrines, drinking water etc.
b) Responsible for fulfilment by Management and Plant HR department of the factory of obligations statutory or other wise, concerning regulation of working hours, maternity benefits, medical care, compensation for injuries and sickness, other welfare and social benefit measures.
c) Responsible for promoting relationship between all departments in the factory and workmen for improving upon productivity efficiency as well as working conditions for enabling them to adapt and adjust the same.
d) Responsible for bringing to notice the grievances of workers, individual as well as collective, with a view of securing their expedious redressal and to act as liaison officer between Management & workmen by establishing contacts and holding consultations with harmonious relationship.
e) Responsible for formation of works committee, other social welfare committees, cooperative societies etc.
f) Responsible for liasioning with various Government Authorities such as LEO, Labour Commissioner, Factory Inspector etc.
2. SPECIAL SKILLS:
b) Must have knowledge of various labour laws, welfare provisions required for factory.
c) Must have worked in similar role in similar/same industry preferably in a power plant.
d) Must be a MSW from a recognised University/Institue having 4 to 8 yrs of experience.
