Role:

- Managing a team of 20 members

- Managing AP, AR, FAR. Payroll accounting, GL, ESOPs etc.

- Continuous process improvements & strengthening of internal controls

- Interactions with Statutory auditors & resolving their queries

- Accounting compliances with IND AS requirements

- Ensuring timely closure of month end activities

- Review of Monthly Balance sheet & PL with teams to ensure quality

- Statutory compliance with respect to - GST, TDS, Forex transactions

- Implement process of Ledger scrutiny

- Drive team efficiency through KPI monitoring

- Manage intercompany transactions

- Manage periodic actuarial valuations

- Manage Due Diligence audit requirements

- Ensure adequacy of ERP Internal controls

- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accuracy of cost reporting

Skills:

- Well versed with ERP, preferably with Oracle

- Very good at stakeholder management

- Leadership skills & good at people management

Experience & Educational Qualification:

- 11 -15 yrs of experience

- Qualified Chartered accountant

- Preferably from a similar startup or ecommerce industry
