Role Overview:

- We are looking for a builder, not just a manager. Someone who is a champion in Sales, has a vision of creating IPO and eat, breathes and live revenue with numbers. Someone who has created markets, has built dealer networks and has large network, achieved organisation revenue and scaled teams from the ground up.


- The candidate should be experienced to launch new cities, bring or build champion teams, agile and ready to move quickly across the country spreading the Brand and creating massive demand for Pointo. Your numbers should speak your quality and your attitude should represent your confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive aggressive revenue growth across North and East India markets.

- Build and expand strong dealer and distributor networks across the region.

- Develop strategic partnerships with 2- wheeler and 3- wheeler OEM ecosystem players.

- Design and implement multi-channel sales strategies including dealers, OEMs and institutional partnerships.

- Build and manage a high-performing regional sales team across states (WB, Bihar, UP, MP, Rajasthan, Assam, Orissa, Delhi).

- Create strong and efficient dealer commission models for faster deployment thourhthose channels.

- Develop sales funnels, pipeline tracking and forecasting systems.

- Work closely with marketing teams to drive regional demand generation and market expansion.

- Analyze sales data, market trends and dealer performance to refine growth strategies.

Key Requirements:

- 6-10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.

- Experience in Battery, EV, Automotive or Energy ecosystem.

- Strong understanding of 2- Wheeler and 3- Wheeler industry.

- Experience in building and managing dealer distribution networks.

- Experience working with OEM partnerships.

- Understanding of vehicle or battery financing models.

- Proven experience contributing to scaling revenues between 100- 500 Cr on M-O-M basis.

- Strong data orientation with ability to manage sales dashboards and funnel analytics.

- Willingness to travel extensively across North and East India.
