Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: Senior-Level Finance Leadership

Mandatory: Candidates must have experience working with a Real Estate Company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic planning.

- Manage project finance, treasury, fundraising, banking relationships, and working capital.

- Oversee residential and commercial real estate project finances and RERA compliance.

- Handle MIS, financial reporting, taxation, audits, corporate governance, and statutory compliance.

- Drive cost optimization, profitability, risk management, and internal financial controls.

- Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and investors.

- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA & CS with strong financial leadership experience.

- Mandatory prior experience with a Real Estate Developer / Real Estate Company.

- Strong expertise in project finance, treasury, financial modelling, and strategic planning.

- Experience with real estate developers such as BSBK, Ansal, ATS, or similar organizations will be preferred.

- Good understanding of RERA, real estate project funding, banking, taxation, and corporate governance.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
