Hiring for Podcast Head (B2C, Fin-Tech)

Required:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in content/podcast/media strategy.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools (content generation, voiceover, video editing, analytics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Aesthetic presence (since may be used as AI face for branding/voiceovers).
- Demonstrated success in handling influencer/celebrity collaborations.
- Strong leadership & team management abilities.
- CIBIL score of 750+ required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead & manage the Podcast Unit (team of 4: 1 lead + 3 members).
- Develop strategy & positioning for podcasts (finance, food, lifestyle, AI-driven topics).
- AI-driven ideation: leverage generative AI for scripting, voiceovers, content, and promotion.
- Oversee promotions, partnerships, and brand-building through digital platforms.
- Act as face/voice of podcasts when required - strong personal branding appeal.
- Repurpose podcast content for LinkedIn/Instagram to build audience traction.
- Ensure high-quality production and continuous process excellence.
