Job Description : - Work closely with the HoDs and Talent acquisition team for talent planning addressing current & future talent needs. - Design & implement engagement strategies company wide and also drive customised engagement initiatives which are team and issue specific. - Drive performance management systems across the teams ensure 100% implementation. Oversee monthly performance tracking and conduct member feedback sessions. - Address member grievances and matters related to productivity and escalate matters to the team lead for disciplinary matters and non-adherence to policies. - Identify training needs through surveys and meetings with members & HoDs. Design and deliver training sessions and seek external subject matter experts when necessary. - Drive a healthy Rewards & Recognition culture and build team specific programs. - Conduct induction program ensuring new joinees are well settled and are well aware of the policies,systems and procedures etc. - Carryout exit interviews and oversee full & final process and ensure completion. - Maintain all documentation appropriately. Skills & Qualifications : - Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, driven, motivated to continually learn - the role has a deep career runway - Ability to successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications & challenges in order to deliver stellar results - Strong Google Suite skills, specifically strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivots) and Google Slides - Be a self-starter who can anticipate needs and fulfill them in a proactive manner - Have the experience, maturity and ability to prioritize and manage his/her workload in order to meet deadlines; must be proficient in multitasking - Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail - Ability to research, digest, analyze and present information clearly and concisely - Strong writing and interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners - Emotional and intellectual maturity - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
