About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Platform Support Associate with a deep background in the Ad Tech and Programmatic space to join our team in Hyderabad.

This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and troubleshooting of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert who can drive campaign performance, resolve complex technical issues, and act as a key liaison between technical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Optimization & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Programmatic DSP/SSP environments.

- Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues related to ad serving, tagging, campaign setup, delivery discrepancies, and platform integrations.

- Platform Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of bidding strategies, targeting methods, and media buying mechanics to ensure maximum campaign efficiency and effectiveness across DSPs and SSPs.

- Video Campaign Management: Oversee the technical aspects of video-based campaigns, including verifying video specifications, managing ad tag setup (VAST/VPAID), and ensuring accurate quality and performance reporting.

- Integration & Tagging: Work with clients and internal teams on implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting ad tags and tracking pixels using tools like Google Tag Manager and other tag management solutions.

- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed documentation for common troubleshooting scenarios, platform best practices, and new feature rollouts.

- Industry Trends: Stay current with the evolving programmatic landscape, including real-time bidding (RTB) standards, industry tools (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), and new video advertising formats.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Criteria Details:

- Experience Minimum 8+ years of total experience, with 5+ years specifically in digital marketing/Ad Tech.

- Domain Digital Advertising, Programmatic, Ad Operations, Technical Account Management.

Location : Hyderabad

Notice Period Maximum 30-45 Days

Educational Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g , Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Required Skills:

- Programmatic Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing/Ad Tech domain, specifically working with Programmatic DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms).

- Platform Tools: Strong familiarity and practical experience with industry-leading platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, or other comparable programmatic platforms.

- Campaign Management: Proven, strong experience in campaign optimization and troubleshooting across diverse digital advertising platforms.

- Core Ad Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of programmatic mechanics, including bidding strategies, targeting methodologies, media buying, and real-time bidding (RTB) processes.

- Video Ad Operations: Hands-on experience managing video campaigns, including expertise in video specifications, tag setup, and quality assurance/reporting for video delivery.

- Video Standards: Solid understanding of video ad formats, VAST, VPAID, and common player integrations challenges.

- Tag Management: Working knowledge and practical experience with Google Tag Manager and other tag management or container solutions
