CTC : upto 25 lpa

- The HR Lead (AM) in a Navi Mumbai factory with ~400+ workers manages recruitment, employee relations, HR, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.

- They oversee training, performance, and welfare, ensuring smooth operations and staff satisfaction.

- Partner with senior business leaders to achieve strategic business objectives

- You should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders. performance management, performance-based pay etc, strong problem solving skills, ability to deep dive into problems

Required Candidate profile:

- MBA PMIR from MILS etc with 8+ years of experience.

- Skilled in recruitment, HRD, IR , and labor law compliance, they excel in employee relations, training, and performance management.
