Plant Head - Production

Plant Operations:

- Full ownership of production planning, execution, and output targets.

- Operate and optimize Ladle Refining Furnace, Vacuum Degassing, and EMS processes for superior billet quality.

- Supervise casting processes ensuring metallurgical standards and cleanliness are met.

- Ensure maximum plant uptime and efficiency.

Quality Assurance:.

- Implement and monitor stringent quality control protocols.

- Lead product quality improvement initiatives and ensure consistency in mechanical and chemical properties.

- Coordinate with the QC lab for testing, certifications, and traceability.

Team Leadership:.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing production and quality team.

- Ensure cross-functional coordination between maintenance, production, and dispatch.

Process & Cost Optimization:.

- Implement process improvements and energy-efficient practices.

- Drive reduction in cost per ton through lean manufacturing and waste minimization.

Compliance & Safety:.

- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.

- Lead plant audits, certifications, and customer inspections.
