About the job:
Knowledge & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production schedules are met with optimal efficiency.
- Manage the entire production process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs.
- Responsible for General Administration and guiding Maintenance & Technical Team
- Responsible for controlling other departments like Maintenance, Manufacturing, Human Resources and Quality Department.
- Technical Knowledge of Electrical, utility and mechanical machines and equipment used in Biscuit manufacturing plant.
- Coordinate with plant team for day-to-day activities.
- Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Responsible for maintenance of utility equipment & machines (Boilers, Compressors, ETP, Cooling Plant etc.)
- Execute Energy saving & other cost saving with suitable automation and modifications in plant machinery & equipment.
- Preparing SOPs, work instructions for operating process and maintenance of reports to make aware the management.
- Ensure all plant operations comply with relevant food safety and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Liasoning with government Department.
- Share the monthly Plant improvement report to Directors.
Qualification:
- MBA and B.com/ B.E/ B.Tech : Food Technology and Electrical/Mechanical.
