Plant Head - Automotive Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end plant operations and drive manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of plant operations, productivity, quality & delivery
- Drive New Product Development (NPD) and new product introduction
- Lead Production Planning & Capacity Management
- Ensure effective Equipment Maintenance & Machine Reliability
- Implement TPM, TQM & Operational Excellence initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization & productivity enhancement
- Manage cross-functional teams and plant performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and manufacturing standards
- Support export-oriented manufacturing and customer requirements
Ideal Candidate
- 18+ years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing
- Strong Plant/Manufacturing Leadership experience
- Proven exposure to NPD, Production Planning & Maintenance
- Strong understanding of TPM / TQM / Operational Excellence
- Experience in export-oriented manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong team leadership and P&L/plant performance orientation
