Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and coordinating among core tire manufacturing functions.

- Coordinating with other functions and plants

- Daily review and monitoring of plant operational parameter and guiding team.

- Setting/ cascading plant goals

- Inspiring and manoeuvring team to achieve the set targets.

- Drive and maintaining good plant upkeep.

- Driving engineering team for energy conservation

- Strengthen safety systems and discipline.

- Ensure quality systems and their adherence.

- Building a winning team

- Advising Top management for any foreseen challenges in operation

Preferred candidate profile:

- Operation Management, Lean manufacturing

- Strategic Planning, Decision making.

- Problem solving, Conflict management,

- Performance management

- Delegation and empowerment

- Coaching and development
