Qualification: Chartered Accountant (First / Second attempt)

Experience: Min. 10 to 14 Years (CA Passed out on or before 2010 - 2015) post- qualification in large manufacturing set- up (preferably Pharma)

Reports To: Direct - Site Head | Matrix - Regional Finance Heads

Key Competencies:

- Chartered Accountant (First / Second attempt)

- 10-14 Years post- qualification experience

- Prior Business Finance experience in large manufacturing set- up (preferably Pharma)

- Hands- on experience in driving profitability

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles

- Team management experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders

Role Purpose: Head of Finance for Turbhe Plant - responsible for BS, P&L, Cash Flow ownership, business partnering, profitability improvement, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance teams at site location

- Own BS, P&L and Cash Flow for the site

- Act as proactive business partner for site/division

- Collaborate with functions to improve profitability without compromising controls (pricing, monetization, cost initiatives)

- Manage working capital effectively

- Drive annual budgeting process

- Ensure timely & accurate MIS reporting

- Analyse variations vs budget & previous year

- Review & approve capex proposals

- Ensure site accounting activities - costing, monthly close, balance sheet hygiene

- Coordinate with shared services for vendor payments, collections & accurate accounting

- Ensure compliance with internal policies (Credit & Accounting)
