Placements Lead - University/Education Institute

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Placement & Corporate Relations professional to lead campus placement initiatives and strengthen relationships with leading corporates across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the campus placement strategy to achieve strong placement outcomes.

- Build and manage relationships with HR leaders, TA heads, and business leaders across top organizations.

- Drive internships, final placements, PPOs, and industry engagement initiatives.

- Expand the recruiter network by onboarding new corporate partners.

- Collaborate with academic leadership to align student talent with industry requirements.

- Organize placement drives, career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities.

- Lead a team of placement professionals and ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.

- Analyze placement metrics, hiring trends, and market insights to improve outcomes.

- Represent the institution at industry forums and corporate events.

Candidate Profile :

- 12 - 20 years of experience in Campus Placements, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, or University Hiring.

- Strong network with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and business leaders.

- Proven track record of driving placements and corporate partnerships.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience with premier educational institutions, universities, or large organizations is preferred.

- MBA or Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute preferred.

Compensation : 3040 LPA
