Pick Your Trail - Accounts & Taxation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, Ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

- Tax Planning and Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tax planning strategies aimed at minimizing tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate risks of non-compliance.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of financial transactions, tax filings, and compliance efforts. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for Management.

- Accounting : Analyze the transactions to ensure the proper Accounting with clear vouching.

- Transaction Analysis: Analyze transaction details, including sales orders, invoices, and payment schedules, to accurately identify and record revenue in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, GST, or finance roles, with a focus on indirect taxes.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations related to indirect taxes.

- Proficiency in accounting software and tax preparation tools.

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to to changing regulatory environments and business needs.
