Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Head will lead the development and execution of PibyThrees digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role involves overseeing a team of digital marketing professionals, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and aligning initiatives with the companys business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:


- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to promote PibyThrees cloud transformation services.

Campaign Management:


- Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable outcomes.


Team Leadership:


- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance in campaign execution and optimization.

Data-Driven Decision Making:


- Analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize strategies and drive ROI.


- Provide regular reports to senior management on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align marketing efforts with PibyThrees business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand narrative.

Brand Growth:


- Enhance PibyThrees online presence and thought leadership in the cloud transformation industry through innovative digital and content strategies.

Budget Management:


- Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.

Market Research:


- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep PibyThree ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;

- Masters degree or MBA is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 23 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) and proficiency in measuring campaign performance.

- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, IT services, or cloud transformation industries. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with campaign execution.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.
