Senior Customer Success Manager

Location: Onsite (US Time Zone Night Shift).

As we expand, were looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and lead strategic business development efforts.


Position Overview:

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients for Cross selling & upselling, pilots implementation success and ensuring client success.

You will own the entire opportunity management cycle from discovery to closing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management & Business Growth

- Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase account value.

- Managing relationships with each client and being involved in all aspects of client-customer synchronization.

- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities within existing clients from Discovery to closing including proposals and negotiations.

- Lead the implementation and product adoption cycles of the new customer leading to smoother on boarding and reduce the adoption cycle.

- Build and execute account plans, outlining growth strategies, potential threats, and revenue targets.

- Manage to drive revenue growth through consultative selling strategies.

- Track and optimize sales performance against revenue and quota targets.

- Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

- Provide insights from client interactions to enhance Pibits AI-powered underwriting solutions.



Minimum Requirements:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or account management.

- Strong background in engineering services sales, SaaS, or AI-driven business solutions.

- Proven track record in closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding revenue targets.

- Hands-on experience in proposal creation, cross-functional collaboration, and executive presentations.

- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.

- Experience working with US clients and global delivery models.

- Ability to work independently and build long-term client trust.
