Experience: 4-8 Years in EDC Device Sales/ B2B Sales
Qualification: Postgraduate
Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition of premium/high-ticket size merchants within the assigned Geography.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (EDC device installations, transaction volumes, and revenue KPIs).
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Key Account Executives to acquire, onboard, and retain high-value merchants, ensuring strong device penetration and transaction volumes across the assigned cluster.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key merchants to ensure retention and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and provide data-driven insights and periodic performance reports to the Zonal Head.
Desired Qualities:
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the payments, banking, fintech or POS/EDC industry. Minimum 2 years in a team management role.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of EDC/POS technology and merchant needs.
- Proven team management and leadership capability.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM and Excel.
