Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Rewards / HR Analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, while also playing a key role in HR data analytics and dashboard creation. Key Responsibilities : - Track compensation trends and provide insights on pay equity, internal parity, and cost impact - Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making - Build and automate reports and dashboards to improve visibility of key HR indicators - Assist in compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, and market surveys - Contribute to HR initiatives and projects such as engagement surveys, organization restructures, or digital transformation efforts - Maintain data accuracy across HR systems and support data audits when needed Requirements : - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) - Experience creating HR dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau is a plus) - Knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks and best practices - Exposure to the annual rewards process/cycle is a plus - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
