We're Hiring: Head of BPM - Digitalization | Lagos, Nigeria

Are you a seasoned leader passionate about driving business process excellence and digital transformation? Join our Center of Excellence as the Head of Business Process Management (BPM) and lead the way in shaping operational agility, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of BPM frameworks aligned with corporate strategy

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on process transformation initiatives

- Develop and execute BPM strategy, vision, and roadmap leveraging BPMN 2.0 standards

- Drive process automation using cutting-edge tools including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and SAP Signavio

- Oversee full BPM lifecycle-modeling, execution, monitoring, and continuous optimization

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through effective change management

- Mentor and inspire teams on BPM principles, integration, and best practices

What We're Looking For:

- 20+ years of industrial experience with strong expertise in BPM and digitalization

- Deep knowledge of APIs, microservices, integration patterns, Agile, and DevOps

- Proficiency in SAP processes and Signavio with experience in finance, treasury, taxation, HRMS, logistics, & spend analysis

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Qualifications: MBA/MCA/BTech/BE/CA or equivalent

Certification in BPMN is a plus!
