Job Description:

- We are looking for a suitable candidate with great communication skills and an understanding of the Telecom industry.

- As a Senior Solutions Expert you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations.

- Your job will also include understanding the customers needs and pitching the company s products as suitable solutions.

- You will also be required to actively observe customer behaviour and predict future needs for product development.

What You will Do:

- Own proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses end-to-end.

- Research competing products/solutions and changing paradigms in the context of latest trends in domain and technology.

- Lead proof-of-concept (POC s) for client opportunities.

- Capability presentation to prospects.

- Front-end key customer engagements from domain perspective.

- Provide consultation to delivery teams on domain side.

- Ability to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from high level requirements.

- Assist Sales team with proposal pitches.

What You will Bring:

- Total of 4 years of experience in the Telecom industry.

- Should have played multiple roles including software product/solutions delivery, business analysis, pre-sales, customer-facing across multiple geographies.

- Domain experience should include the following:

- Understanding of 4G/5G network elements (HSS/HLR, PCRF/PCF, MME/AMF/SMF, S-GW/UPF, AF/NEF).

- OSS, BSS, IMS, Core Network.

- Experience in leading responses to large RFPs, RFIs, RFQs.

- Travel readiness for conferences, presentations, workshops.
