Job Purpose: To centrally design & anchor the organisation's Performance & Talent management agenda through rigorous planning, execution of strategy & continuous improvement of key people processes. Key responsibilities: Performance Management: Centrally designs & drives all performance processes & milestones like quarterly reviews, goal-audits, goal setting & the annual review cycle from a process & system readiness standpoint. 1. Design & deploy quarterly quantitative & qualitative feedback mechanisms on people processes, identify key improvement areas & drive them to adoption. 2. Drive the development and assessment centres in collaboration with the corporate team. 3. Create & deploy employee education & awareness campaigns through sessions, mailers & videos on all performance & talent processes as well as cultural initiatives. 4. Anchor the quarterly, annual & continuous recognition programs under the GC recognition framework end-to-end. 5. Anchor group-level feedback processes like 360 degree feedback for leadership roles Talent Management: Support the exiting talent management process and ideate on improving the overall process and increasing the efficiency quarter on quarter. 1. Device effective methodology to maintain robust succession pipeline for critical roles in the organization. 2. Design end to end development / capability building programs for identified high pots, critical talent and employees transitioning to new roles. 3. Maintain an exhaustive tracker & repository of talent, skill, knowledge, experience & aspirations across the organization. 4. Defining the career paths for all roles in the organization & creating career pathing framework in line with the organization strategy and vision. Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to develop meaningful & cutting edge tech solutions in the domain of performance , recognition & talent management
