Our client is a large Life Insurance Company with a strong presence across India. We are looking for an ambitious and analytical blend of mind to join our team as Performance Reward & Benefits Specialist. As a Performance Reward & Benefits Specialist, the role holder will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering our employees' rewards, perks, and benefits. The team plays a critical role in developing programs to improve performance of the employees by rewarding them with right compensation rewards. Compensation and Benefits Specialist - duties and responsibilities: - Defining and establishing equitable, competitive, and fair compensation and benefits packages that fit in accordance with our business goals and strategies - Conduct Salary benchmarking surveys along with consultants - Play a critical role in Performance and Pay review cycles of the organization, including promotion, increment, Bonus, Incentives, and ESOPs. - Preparing the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget - Coordinate C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. - Support in defining and establishing consistent compensation policies in accordance with our organizational objectives and work culture - As a team, ensuring that all compensation practices comply with current legislation - Conducting ongoing research on emerging trends and best practices - Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness - Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives - Training line managers in complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies - Advice top managers in taking difficult decisions in compensation, benefits, and motivation of employees - Support and manage C&B Analysts Requirements - MBA in Human Resources Management - 3-5 years of experience in human resources - Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel - Exceptional time-management and interpersonal skills - Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills
