
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive performance outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, revenue growth).
- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across search, display, shopping, video, and paid social.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identify growth opportunities, and ensure budget efficiency.
- Work closely with creative/content teams to align ad messaging with performance goals.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing.
- Direct experience managing budgets of nearly 1 Cr+ per month.
- Strong background in e-commerce, retail, or real estate campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and other performance tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
