About the Role

Are you a performance marketer with a proven track record of turning around underperforming campaigns? We're an enterprise SaaS company on a mission to shift the digital adoption market from buzzwords to real ROI. We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to fix whats broken, scale what works, and drive measurable pipeline growth.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Strategic Ownership

- Own and execute a multi-channel performance marketing strategy (LinkedIn, Google Search, Retargeting, Video, etc.)

- Segment and target multiple personas including Application Owners, IT Leaders, L&D Heads, and Functional Business Leaders

- Craft and test messaging tailored to each persona and buying stage

2. Conversion-Focused Execution

- Design and optimize persona-specific landing pages, lead magnets, calculators, and nurture sequences

- Set up advanced tracking, attribution, and weekly optimization loops

- Improve campaign efficiency with regular A/B testing and funnel analysis

3. Pipeline-Driven Outcomes

- Deliver 250+ high-quality leads/quarter with at least 47 progressing to SQLs

- Optimize CPL to remain under $160 across all channels

- Drive ROI from historical lows (1020 cents on the dollar) to $2.55+ return per $1 spent

Requirements:

What You Bring

- 36 years in B2B performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software

- Demonstrated success turning around underperforming paid campaigns

- Experience managing $30K$100K+ quarterly budgets with full-funnel responsibility

- Strong command of attribution, analytics, and conversion rate optimization

- Hands-on with ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and marketing automation tools

- Analytical mindset with a bias for action and iteration
