Role Overview:
As the Performance Marketing Manager (Product, Fin-Tech), you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for specific product lines within the company's FinTech offerings. You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and data analysts to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives. This role directly impacts the growth and profitability of key product lines by ensuring efficient and effective marketing spend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, email marketing) to drive user acquisition and product adoption.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs, including cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying key trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing spend.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand product roadmaps, target audiences, and key value propositions, ensuring marketing campaigns are aligned with product goals.
- Design and execute A/B tests across various marketing channels to improve campaign performance and optimize user experience.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, identifying opportunities to differentiate our marketing efforts and gain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the analytics team to develop and maintain marketing dashboards, providing real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital marketing, and FinTech, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our marketing strategies.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing, preferably within the FinTech industry.
