Description:
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, appraisals, continuous performance tracking, and enabling a performance-driven culture.
- Implement HRMS-based PMS, support performance-linked rewards, and lead productivity monitoring through defined parameters and regular reviews.
- Lead Talent Management initiatives including key talent identification, succession planning, career pathing, and development programs for mid and senior leaders.
- Facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and run leadership development interventions such as 360 feedback, mentoring, and capability-building workshops.
- Drive organisation-wide HR initiatives focused on effectiveness, change management, and policy development.
- Use HR analytics to generate insights and support strategic decision-making across HR and business teams.
