Job Responsibilities:
Compliance, Control & Risk Management :
- Ensure RCM, Internal Control framework, and compliance with local laws & regulations.
- Handle month/periodic closing & reporting.
- Oversee EWH/Co-packing, Machine Godown & control/Tax compliance review.
- Single contact for Govt/Tax/Custom authorities.
- Oversee authorization matrix (TOR), policies & procedures.
- Ensure Group risk management, accounting & control compliance.
- Support SCM/MDM in vendor management payments, reconciliation, tax compliance, new process/system, PVMI policy.
- Manage GST health checkup, e-Waybill, e-invoicing, HSN compliance.
Statutory Reporting & Audits:
- Lead zero observation audits.
- Group audit (Dutch GAAP), Statutory, Tax, Cost, GST, Income Tax Assessment, Internal Audit, TP Audit, CARO & statutory/ labour certifications.
Process Excellence:
- Finalize PPE Accounting Budget, IAF, review, capitalization, depreciation.
- Support MIS & operations for efficiency, data-driven decisions.
- GM Production Improvement, cost & contribution analysis.
- Safeguard plant assets & inventory purchase, consumption, insurance, aging, write-off.
- Support imported inventory accounting, reimbursement & utility payments.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities, verify fixed assets, manage Billing, AR/AP, GL, Inventory, maintain accounting hygiene.
Operational & Business Partnering:
- Plant forecasting & budgeting with PLT.
- Monitor financial/operational analysis for OC controller.
- Review CAPEX business cases & ensure policy/accounting rule adherence.
- Analyze labour, overhead, RM & PP variances, OEE & standard cost validation.
- Capacity utilization, line efficiency, jamma routing, nonperforming assets.
- Overheads monitoring, manage PVMI Export Business, vendor/service provider query resolution.
Digitization & Automation:
- Drive automation, reduce complexity, improve MIS/financial visibility (BI, SharePoint, eInvoice).
- Support tech adoption with customizations.
People & Culture:
- Support KPI/KRA setting.
- Promote cross-functional decision-making.
- Build high-performing teams through upskilling & feedback.
Education & Experience:
- MBA/ CA/ Finance Post Graduation
- 12-14 years of experience as a Plant Finance Manager, preferably in FMCG industry
