Academic Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Management from a reputed institute. An MBA with specialization in HR will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a Masters degree in Psychology and prior experience in a consulting firm are also encouraged to apply.
6-12 years of total work experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Talent Management
- Leadership Development
- Employee Engagement
- Employer Branding
- Prior experience in HR Consulting, Organizational Development (OD), or end-to-end ownership of HR/consulting projects with clearly defined timelines and outcomes in a reputed organization is preferred.
- Exceptional profiles from Learning & Development or Talent Management backgrounds will also be considered.
Role & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility for consulting project delivery, practice development, and support for new client acquisition.
- Lead front-end consulting engagements, including client management during delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and delivery outcomes.
- This includes delivery planning, resource mobilization, and deployment.
- Develop and expand existing client relationships, contributing to both scope enhancement and revenue growth.
- Conduct client, sector, and practice-specific research to support consulting engagements.
- Analyze, review, and present data and insights to clients, ensuring high-quality and impactful final deliverables.
