Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in their assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and meeting sales targets.

Daily tasks include client interactions, sales presentations, team coordination, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves identifying market opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in team management and leadership

- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus

- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools

- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region
