Description:


Key Responsibilities:


- Channel Ownership & Growth


- Own end-to-end affiliate channel performance from partner onboarding to scale.


- Drive acquisition with a focus on quality metrics (IR FT), not just volume.


- Build a sustainable and scalable affiliate growth engine.


Partner Ecosystem Development:


- Build and manage relationships with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, etc.), fin-influencers, publishers, and deal platforms.


- Onboard and scale high-quality direct affiliates and strategic partners.


- Identify and unlock new affiliate growth opportunities (content, comparison platforms, communities, etc.


DRA Channel Buildout:


- Set up and scale the DRA (Digital Referral Agent) channel.


- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.


- Define onboarding, training, tracking, and payout mechanisms for DRAs.


Performance & Optimization:


- Optimize payouts, funnels, and landing journeys to improve CAC and conversion rates.


- Drive continuous experimentation across creatives, messaging, and partner cohorts.


- Improve affiliate-driven funnel metrics: Signup KYC IR FT.


Analytics & Governance:


- Own channel-level reporting: CAC, ROI, cohort performance, partner-level metrics.


- Implement strong tracking, attribution, and fraud detection mechanisms.


- Ensure traffic quality and prevent misuse or arbitrage.


Cross-functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Analytics teams.


- Influence onboarding flows and growth experiments for affiliate traffic.


- Align affiliate strategy with broader acquisition and business goals.


Requirements:


- 8 - 10 years of experience in affiliate / performance marketing, with mandatory experience in stock broking / fintech.


- Strong understanding of broking acquisition funnels (Signup KYC IR First Trade).


- Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels with measurable ROI.


- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, Impact, etc.) and direct partnerships.


- Experience or exposure to DRA model and regulatory frameworks in financial services.


- Strong analytical skills ability to drive decisions using CAC, LTV, cohort analysis.


- Experience in managing large budgets and optimizing for efficiency at scale.


- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams.


Good to Have:


- Experience in high-scale consumer internet / fintech platforms.


- Exposure to fraud detection and traffic quality frameworks.


- Understanding of compliance constraints in broking/financial products.
