PaySense is a fintech startup focused on changing this by bringing innovative financial services to Indian consumers. The company was started in 2015 and is backed by leading VC's.  Brief about Responsibilities:  1. Own the customer acquisition numbers from a city/region. Will need to drive the following channels.  1. Direct Sales Channel: Set up and run this channel on day to day basis  2. Vendor Tie-up: Drive numbers from vendor relationships which could be city specific  3. Uber/OLA: Drive volumes on this channel including cross-sell and up-sell  2. Drive the local city operations:  1. Courier Tie-ups: Overlook the courier operations to ensure minimal spillage.  2. Collections: Support central collections initiative for a city .  Ideal Candidate Profile  1. High Energy with a very keen sense of ownership  2. Should be able to visualize solutions  3. Be a team leader and build very strong teams.  4. Have ability to manage 3rd party vendors.  5. Maximum experience of 2-3 years preferably in Banking Sales or Telecom Sales.  Annual compensation in range of Rs. 10-12 lacs per annum. We are in high expansion mode and performers will be adequately compensated.
