Role Overview:

Patra India BPO Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to support client servicing, account coordination, and relationship management. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with commercial insurance clients while developing strong expertise in account handling and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as a primary point of contact.

- Build trust and long-term rapport by ensuring consistent service quality and responsiveness.

Account Support & Coordination:

- Assist Account Managers in managing commercial insurance accounts.

- Address client inquiries, service requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Support day-to-day account operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Client Communication:

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams to relay client requirements accurately.

Needs Assessment & Solution Support:

- Understand client business needs and insurance requirements.

- Support customized solutions aligned with client goals and policy structures.

Problem Resolution:

- Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

- Track issues until closure to maintain high service standards.

Order & Request Processing:

- Process client orders and service requests accurately.

- Ensure timely delivery of services and documentation.

Key Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in Commercial Lines / Insurance / BPO account management.

- Strong client-handling and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.

- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Graduate/PG in any discipline (Insurance background preferred).
