
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, partners, affiliates, and agencies.
- Establish and scale revenue-generating sales channels and partnerships.
- Identify and tap into new markets, including Tier 2 cities, to support regional growth targets.
Channel & Account Management:
- Create and maintain a healthy portfolio of partners, agencies, and affiliates to support account acquisition.
- Manage enterprise accounts across corporates, commercial buildings, and malls within the assigned region.
- Drive solution-oriented discussions aligned with customer needs and Park+ offerings.
Sales Operations & Performance:
- Build, track, and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure predictable revenue flow.
- Own and achieve regional sales targets, including partner-led and direct sales.
- Monitor daily performance using input KPIs and ensure consistent sales productivity.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination:
- Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams (operations, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and Park+ during onboarding and execution phases.
