Description: Partnership Lead Fintech / Lending. Location: New Delhi | Experience: 26 years | Industry: Fintech / BFSI.



We are a digital lending marketplace transforming access to secured business loans for MSMEs. By leveraging a strong lender network and a tech-first approach, we simplify borrowing for business owners and enable partners such as Chartered Accountants, real estate consultants, and wealth managers to deliver smarter loan solutions to their clients.



Role Summary: As a Partnership Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our key distribution partners. Your responsibility is to activate, educate, and empower partners to generate high-quality loan referrals. You will manage relationships, provide product training, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless partner experiencefrom onboarding to revenue realization.



Key Responsibilities:



Partner Activation & Onboarding:



- Identify and onboard high-potential partners across CA firms and real estate consultants.



- Conduct demos, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on platform features and benefits.



Relationship Management:



- Serve as the primary contact for partners and ensure timely resolution of queries.



- Build trust and strengthen relationships to make the platform the preferred partner for secured loans.



Loan Funnel Growth:



- Drive quality lead flow through partner engagement, campaigns, and training.



- Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams to ensure leads are efficiently converted into disbursals.



Performance Tracking & Reporting:



- Monitor partner activity, funnel metrics, and revenue contribution using internal dashboards.



- Provide actionable insights to improve partner experience and outcomes.



Feedback & Product Improvement:



- Collect structured feedback from partners on usability, loan products, and support quality.



- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to suggest partner-centric improvements.



- Incentive & Loyalty Programs:



- Support the rollout of loyalty programs, contests, and rewards to motivate partners.



Required Skills & Experience:



- 26 years of experience in relationship management, sales, partnerships, or business

development in BFSI, fintech, or lending sectors.



- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.



- Prior experience working with Chartered Accountants or the real estate industry is a plus.



- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled startup environment.



- Proficient with CRM tools and data dashboards for monitoring partner performance.
