- MDF Funds: Drive the strategy and execution for securing and utilizing partner-funded MDF to run co-branded GTM campaigns, workshops, webinars, pilots, and demand-generation initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth while minimizing Aventiqo's marketing spend.

- The "Hacker" Mindset: Ability to navigate complex partner portals (Microsoft Partner Center, AWS APN) without needing a manual.
- Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must understand the difference between RAG, LLM Fine-tuning, and Vector Databases to talk to partner engineers.
- Bootstrapper DNA: A focus on ROI. You should naturally look for ways to get the partner to pay for our marketing or infrastructure.
