Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and joint ventures.
- Conduct and oversee title due diligence, including review of title documents, encumbrances, easements, land records, and property-related approvals.
- Advise clients on title risks, ownership structures, land use, zoning, regulatory compliance, and real estate-related liabilities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, title reports, and related contracts.
- Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth transaction closings.
