Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced and commercially oriented Partner - Intellectual Property. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in intellectual property laws, technology-related legal matters, and commercial advisory, along with the ability to lead client relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) and an LL.B., with substantial professional experience in intellectual property.
- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including the selection and integration of legal tech stacks, to automate routine processes and reduce administrative overhead.
- Manage complex budgets and financial reporting for the legal department, ensuring fiscal transparency and maximizing return on investment for legal spend.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop robust governance, risk management, and compliance protocols that safeguard the organization against evolving regulatory challenges.
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology (IT).
