Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handling matters under the Companies Act, Contract Act, and other applicable General Corporate Laws

- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a wide range of operational and commercial contracts Agreements to include Procurement, Purchase, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Material Transfer Agreements, Service Agreements, and vendor/customer contracts

- Advising internal teams/clients on contractual risks, obligations, and compliance requirements

- Assisting in corporate compliances, board matters, and routine corporate governance activities

- Supporting senior members on corporate advisory and transactional work

- Ensuring timely execution of agreements and maintenance of contract documentation
