Role Overview:

The firm is seeking an experienced Disputes Partner to lead and expand its disputes practice. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong litigation/arbitration experience, an established client base, and the ability to drive strategic growth for the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the disputes practice, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters

- Drive business development and expand the practice through existing and new client relationships

- Handle high-value, complex disputes across forums (courts, tribunals, arbitration)

- Build, mentor, and manage a team of associates and senior associates

- Collaborate with other practice groups for cross-functional mandates

- Contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy and market positioning

Key Requirements:

- Qualified lawyer with 10 to18+ years of experience in disputes / litigation

- Strong exposure to commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution

- Established or portable book of business

- Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation capabilities

Preferred Background:

- Experience with a reputed law firm or as an independent practitioner with strong clientele

- Exposure to high-stakes, complex matters across industries

- Strong network within the legal and corporate ecosystem
