Role Overview:

The HR Manager will serve as the strategic lead for all human capital initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for organizational development and employee lifecycle management. You will work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the workforce remains engaged, productive, and compliant with industry standards. This role is pivotal in shaping the internal culture, managing complex employee relations, and streamlining operational workflows to support the company's growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing and statutory compliance, to ensure seamless organizational functioning and adherence to labor laws.

- Drive talent acquisition strategies by identifying and onboarding high-caliber professionals who align with the company's heritage and operational requirements.

- Manage performance management systems by setting clear KPIs and conducting regular reviews to foster a culture of accountability and professional growth.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff members.

- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity to attract and retain top talent.

- Implement and maintain HRIS platforms to digitize employee records and improve the accuracy of data-driven decision-making.

- Facilitate learning and development programs to bridge skill gaps and prepare the workforce for evolving business challenges.

- Resolve complex employee relations issues through mediation and proactive communication to maintain a harmonious and professional workplace.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR Generalist functions, with a proven ability to handle both strategic planning and day-to-day operational tasks.

- Strong proficiency in payroll management, statutory compliance, and labor law, ensuring the organization remains risk-free and legally sound.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams and manage sensitive employee relations with tact and discretion.

- Advanced analytical capabilities to leverage HRIS data for reporting, workforce planning, and optimizing organizational efficiency.

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai, engaging directly with stakeholders to understand and address their specific needs.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institute, providing a solid foundation in organizational behavior and management principles.

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR management, preferably within the retail, manufacturing, or food and beverage sectors.
