Parle Global Technologies - Assistant General Manager - Accounts & Finances

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years relevant experience

Experience: 5-10 years in Individual Accounts/Finance segment

Reporting To: CFO

Joining Timeline: 1-2 months

Key Responsibilities:

- Regular maintenance of Individual Accounts including taxation, investment, and tax planning for promoters/directors.

- Investment planning with focus on tax efficiencies.

- Due diligence and monthly monitoring of JV companies.

- Strong knowledge of income computation, GST, company compliance, and company formation.

- Coordination with investment bankers, PE/VC funds, and handling valuation discussions.

- Finalization of books, CARO, TP audit, cost audits.

- Preparation of financials, monthly trackers, and MIS reports.

- Handling of private trusts, mutual funds, and individual investments
